What this site is
Comms Advisors is a business communications advisory. We help companies compare, choose and switch phone systems. We are not a phone carrier. We do not provide phone service, we do not bill you for it, and the service agreement is between you and the carrier, not us.
We are not a law firm and we do not give legal advice. Anything on this site about call recording, consent, retention or privacy questions is there to tell you what to ask about and where the decision sits. It is not advice on your legal obligations and it is not a substitute for your own judgement or your own counsel.
How we get paid
If you switch, the phone carrier pays us a commission, and it continues to pay us while you remain their customer. You do not pay us anything. There is no fee for the checkup, the call or the recommendation, whether you switch or not.
The free checkup
Two minutes to fill in, and a call the next business day. You get one recommendation with the monthly cost spelled out, and we will tell you if staying where you are is the better answer. Free and without obligation means exactly that.
Pricing on this site
Prices shown are starting points taken from the carrier's published rate sheet. The real monthly number depends on how many people need phones, handsets, the features you need, per-number charges and taxes. The price that matters is the one in your written recommendation, and the carrier's rates and terms can change.
What not to send us
Do not send client names, patient details, matter details or any other confidential information through the form or by email. We do not need it to price a phone system, and we do not want it. How we handle what you do send is on the privacy page.
Accuracy and features
We work at keeping this site accurate and we will correct mistakes when we find them. We do not promise the site is free of errors, or that every price, timeline or feature listed here is current. Feature descriptions are what the carrier publishes, and carriers change them.

Some pages link to other sites we do not control and are not responsible for.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
